Job Description

Key Activities

  • Creates impactful presentations with relevant fact-based insights through analysis of the sales out data from start to finish. Delivers presentation confidently to mid-level management at clients, typically and not necessarily jointly with senior colleagues 
  • Is responsible for data analysis and report writing highlight trends in the sales out data for internal and external publications
  • Understand clients’ market needs and develop reports and solutions to best support insight requirements.
  • Responsible for the management of the weekly and monthly report production via Quality Checking Project. Demonstrates consistent ability to ensure high levels of control and accuracy checks are met.
  • Leads on training of data solution tools to existing clients to support in maximizing value of service.
  • Ensure satisfied clients by providing high level of client servicing, including ongoing support to client queries through identifying, assessing and interpreting the findings from the Retail audit to answer key insight questions
  • Developing a network of Key Contacts within the current clients

Product

  • Presentation Development: Creates impactful presentations with relevant fact-based insights through analysis of the sales out data from start to finish
  • Report & Article Writing: Is responsible for data analysis and report writing highlight trends in the sales out data for internal and external publications
  • Reporting Relevance: Understand clients’ market needs and develop GfK report solutions to best support insight requirements.
  • Reporting Quality:  Assists with the development of reports and to ensure that the data quality and reporting solutions are in line with GfK international standards
  • QC: Responsible for the management of the weekly and monthly report production via Quality Checking Project. Demonstrates consistent ability to ensure high levels of control and accuracy checks are met.

Service

  • Supported Presentation Delivery: Delivers presentations confidently to mid-level management at clients, typically but not necessarily jointly with senior colleagues
  • Client Management: Is responsible for selected clients within an Industry in the country and to ensure global and local standards within area of responsibility. Consults to existing clients to intensify relationship.
  • Expert: Industry expert with full market and product knowledge on all product categories that you are handling.
  • Tool Training: Leads on training of data solution tools to existing clients to support in maximising value of service.
  • Client Service: Ensure satisfied clients by providing high level of client servicing, including ongoing support to client queries through identifying, assessing and interpreting the findings from the Retail audit to answer key insight questions
  • Current Client Network: Developing a Network of Key Contacts within the current clients of GfK

Lead Generation

  • New Clients: Ensure all potential clients are identified, shared with the sales team based on market movements
  • Retention: Through commercial excellence achieves GfK Global Retention targets for a set list of clients
  • Client Sales: Be a partner to the local sales teams in helping them identify opportunities with existing clients.
