Job Description

As a CSM Specialist/Analista de Sucesso do Cliente you will..

•    Be a point of support for clients clients in MDA Category and act as the main point of contact for these clients.

•   Assist in order to provide relevant insights that enable smarter business decisions and drive growth for our partners.

•    Assist to ensure data quality and regular report delivery, complying with the agreed standard for each client. You should also propose and execute improvements in existing processes and client reports with manager's support.

•    Offer support and guide clients to adequately use GfK information. You will also hold training sessions for new users and present GfK’s research results on clients.

•    Work cross functionally within the business to ensure client needs are met and questions answered.

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain client focused relationships, eye for detail and high quality standards
  • Advanced level MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Intermediate English
