The vision of the Project Execution Team (PET team) is to become a highly efficient state of the art execution team. We will establish and guarantee a standardize execution process which services all CP/MM countries. We work together with P+I team on process optimization including the data input. Strong products and a smooth production process are key for the success of our department.
The PET Team is responsible to deliver all client projects across all countries. The delivery has to be first time right and satisfy our client in terms of timing and quality.
We ensure that we have a proper resource planning in place.
The PET Team is also responsible to support our sales teams and ensure they can free up more time for consulting our clients.
The main goal of the Media Analyst is to act as analytic focused partner with I-Solutions project by managing the project kick-off, production processes with the Media Measurement HUB, communication between Sales/Product/Marketing Science/External Clients and the final delivery of the project.
As a Media Analyst, you will have following key accountabilities:
Ensuring that set deadlines are met - on time and on-quality delivery
Project execution from project kick-off, running the analysis to the preparation of the client presentation
Working with Media Measurement HUB and making sure that all input material is provided in comprehensible and comprehensive way
Monitoring of the progress of I-Solutions projects executed by Media Measurement HUB by scheduling regular calls and meetings
Providing support during client presentations (in-person or Video Call) on a local level - commercial support function from an analytical perspective
Ensuring fast and timely replies or responses to customers', followers', or clients’ queries and comments based on analytic questions
Networking with technical product owners
Working with commercial teams and product owners to achieve objectives for clients
Now that you know what a Media Analyst does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
High analytical skills - being able to understand the results/outcome of a CPA/MME etc. study and answer questions coming from commercial teams/external clients etc.
Advanced skills in relevant (statistical) programing languages like SPSS, R or Python
Knowledge in data fusion/data imputation
Interpersonal and advanced communication skills
Previous media experience (media background), in-depth understanding of media KPIs
Attention to details
Ability to cope with pressure, set priorities the right way
Ability to work effectively with the global PET team, but also work independently when needed
Time management skills
Strong research skills
