Jim Hyde
Jim Hyde moved to T-Mobile UK in January 2006 from T-Mobile USA, where he held a number of leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and Operations.
He has over 10 years experience in the mobile world, with particular expertise in finance, operations, sales and service. T-Mobile USA has been recognized in the last six years as being number one in customer service, regularly winning the J.D Power's annual award for customer satisfaction.
Since his arrival in the UK, T-Mobile has launched the hugely successful Flext plan and led the industry on mobile internet and mobile broadband. The company was recently voted Consumer Operator of the Year 2007 by a panel of its peers, on the back of its success with products such as Flext and web'n'walk.
