The benefit for you is that you deal with one contact only, who can process all your inquiries relating to all research fields in all countries. All Key Account Managers (KAM) are senior, experienced consultants who hold posts involving a high level of responsibility within the GfK Group. We see our KAMs as partners and consultants of our clients.
Our success proves that we are on the right track. Around two thirds of our business involves clients to whom we provide cross-divisional advice on different issues. And the number of Key Accounts is growing continually. This why we recently made the decision to appoint several Global KAMs, who now focus exclusively on coordinating and managing the market research activities of selected clients.
