Online shopping did never better in Belgium. An increase of 10 percent made sure that almost 9,1 billion euros was spent online in 2017. This is translated into 85 million online purchases and 8,4 Belgians shopping online. The most popular category was without doubt “Non-packaged Airline Tickets and Accommodation” where 85% of all spendings in this category were done online.
