For atmosphere in the shop, Ma’am!

Each year, GfK does extensive research into the appreciation of consumers when shopping for clothes and publishes its findings in the “Fashion Appreciation Survey”. Not less than 20 retailers are being scrutinized in this survey.

This research shows that it is not so much the price or the bargains that define the appreciation of a retailer, but that the atmosphere in the shop, the presentation of the clothes, the extensive collection and the latest trends are of more significance when consumers step into a clothing store.
