GfK Trade Fair and Exhibition Research offers trade fair organizers and exhibitors comprehensive support for trade fair and stand planning and implementation as well as for performance measurement. Our research instruments for event organizers include exhibitor and visitor surveys using the latest mobile computer systems; overall strategies for exhibition venues (from the infrastructure to services and image analysis); new and further development of exhibition concepts (from checking suitability of a theme for a trade fair through to structuring exhibition space to suit marketing requirements).

For exhibitors, our TRADE*FAIR*CHECK offers various instruments for prompt performance management before, during and after participation in the trade fair – from stand surveys on competition monitoring and path analysis through to impact analysis after the trade fair.

Our clients include trade fair organizers such as Deutsche Messe AG, Hanover, the organizer of the world’s leading capital goods industry fairs (including CeBIT and HANNOVER MESSE), Messe Berlin and the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) which organizes IAA Cars and IAA Commercial Vehicles. Other clients include exhibitors such as ABB, DaimlerChrysler, Kuka-Roboter, Tenovis, SES Astra and Nokia.
