Corporate Management Principles

The Corporate Values of the GfK Group (client-driven, innovation, global know-how – local expertise, growth) are the basis of our corporate identity.

One of the core elements of our Corporate Values is that "people are our main asset". This is a principle on which the GfK Group stands and is the benchmark for our management. Our Corporate Management Principles define what we expect of our GfK managers:

  • Profit management
  • People management
  • Change management
  • Leadership

These principles form the framework of what we expect of our managers and all our actions are based on respect. The five principles forming the framework constitute one indivisible unit, to which each of the elements is integral and essential.
