We want our people to continue to develop as individuals. We therefore offer a comprehensive catalogue of measures for professional and personal development. These include a large number of training courses, in-house seminars and training events, which support you in your current activities and further development. We also use external further training in certain areas and also implement structured development and support programs.
Assignments abroad are in principle possible in the GfK Group and the potential assignment depends on your area of activity and special interests. There is also the option of gaining experience abroad by taking part in our "Interact” exchange program which is limited to a 3-6 month period.
We challenge and encourage you through varied and interesting tasks and projects. In addition, to support your continuous professional development you will receive special training such as language courses, IT courses and training on customer service and advice, organizational skills, self management and managing employees to name but a few.
