Graduates in market information management

Market information management (SBM) at the Business Administration and Social Sciences Faculty at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg is an interdisciplinary field of study for practice-oriented research and teaching in information management. Developed in cooperation with the GfK Group, this university course is aimed particularly at business administration students in the advanced study period and is unique in Germany.

The course includes elements of business administration and economics as well as components from the Social Studies Institute of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. The GfK Group supports both the concept and delivery of this particularly practice-oriented course.

To promote practice-oriented training as part of this course, there are various options you can choose from as an SBM student.

Each SBM student is guaranteed a voluntary internship at GfK’s head office in Nuremberg. Once you have successfully completed an internship in Germany, there is also the option of an internship abroad with the GfK Group.
