Fieldwork and Internal Operations

GfK Türkiye organizes the data collection and internal operation stages of quantitative research in-house. With 120 full-time, 450 project based personel, the Quantitative Field Services and Internal Operation Departments provide the integrity of workflow and effective data control  that produce the "highest quality and reliable knowledge” in the sector. 

Technical Infrastructure

  • GfK Türkiye Quantitative Field Services Department serves with Istanbul central, Ankara-İzmir branch offices and Field Study Centers in 14 cities by signing contracts assuring the data collection standards. Quantitative Field Services Department has the capacity to organize field teams in 81 cities.
  • Internal Operation Department has 3 separate CATI (Computer Aided Telephone   Interview) studios with 105 operator capacity, in Istanbul central office.
  • GfK Türkiye perceives field research as an area of profession and  encourages Field Researchers to be specialized in various sectors (Medical, automotive, FMCG etc.) 
  • Quantitative Field Services Dept. uses a software to register and follow all field   process and the performance of each field researcher, operator, supervisor   and field manager.
  • For studio research, GfK Türkiye has 3 fully equipped studios   in Istanbul.
