• Research brief from clients
• Quotation covering background, objective, methodology, sample, project coordination, timing & budget
• Approval of the project
• Project coordination - Team assignment
• Moderation guide preparation
• Recruitment of appropriate participants
• Execution of focus groups, in depth interviews, home visits or work shops by a moderator
