A Proud History
GfK Research Matters was established in Basel, Switzerland in 2001 by Chris Krattiger-Savelkouls and Wendy Giardina as a full-service, ad hoc market research company serving the global pharmaceutical industry. Today, the company has 23 employees and 40 freelancers and conducts about 100 projects a year for clients that include most of the world’s top 10 research-based pharmaceutical companies. In 2005, the company became part of the GfK Group of Nuremberg, Germany.
