Tracking Internet connectivity

We have more Internet-enabled devices than ever before, on top of a wide variety of channels via which to connect to the Internet.

That means keeping track of the increasingly complex patterns of devices and connections chosen by your consumers can be challenging… and yet this information is vital in deciding on everything from content to pricing to design and usability.

What is Connected Life?

Connected Life is a syndicated survey that runs twice a year and tracks how devices and connectivity combinations change as market innovations, speed increases, price cuts, etc, drive cannibalisation.

Each wave shows:

  1. the device & connectivity combinations that are being used to access the Internet
  2. who is using which combination
  3. why they are using these combinations; the key drivers
  4. how the session lengths and frequency compare with other device & connectivity combinations

By identifying and understanding the reasons for changing usage patterns, we can help you anticipate future market needs and identify opportunities.
