Financial statements

The consolidated financial statements report on the preparation of the accounts for the Group, comprising the items for the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and the income and expenses recorded for all companies which are under the uniform management of the parent company, GfK Aktiengesellschaft, or on which the parent company exercises a controlling influence.

The consolidated financial statements of GfK Aktiengesellschaft include GfK Aktiengesellschaft and all consolidated subsidiaries. They have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the application of which is mandatory in the European Union.
