Declaration on the German Corporate Governance Code

 

The declaration prescribed by Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act has been issued by the Management Board and Supervisory Board and made permanently available to shareholders.

Release for publication

The Management Board of GfK ag released the consolidated financial statements for passing on to the Supervisory Board on March 16, 2007. It is the duty of the Supervisory Board to check the consolidated financial statements and to declare whether it approves the consolidated financial statements.
