The consolidated financial statements contain details on the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements as well as the earnings and expenses of all companies which are under the direct control of or are mainly governed by the parent company, GfK Aktiengesellschaft.


The consolidated financial statements of GfK Aktiengesellschaft incorporate GfK Aktiengesellschaft and all consolidated subsidiaries.  They have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable within the European Union.
