The RBA and GfK are pleased to release the new look commercial radio survey release format.

In addition to the usual industry and network figures we will look to include a variety of additional data each survey.

We also need to advise that the S4 2017 release does not include an S4 release for the Waikato region.  In September an extreme localised weather event took down the Ruru transmission tower that a number of radio stations in the area broadcast from for a matter of days.

It was clear from analysis this had a major short term effect on the market that is not indicative of normal listening patterns outside the effected time.

 All historic S3 data has been carried forward to S4 for the Waikato region.
